The A-100 is a heavy duty semi-automatic filling machine capable of dispensing powders, granules, liquids, creams or pastes. All product contact parts are Stainless Steel and designed for easy cleanup and change-over. A footswitch and auto recycle timer come standard on the AMS A-100. The recycle timer allows operators to set and maintain a production rate. A volumetric filler, the A-100 typically exceeds accuracies of ±1%. The A-100 features an Allen Bradley™ PLC.

The A-110 is a semi automatic net weigh filling machine capable of accuracies better than ±0.25%. Target weights from milligrams to 100 pound or more are easily handled by the AMS A-110. Pails, drums, bag in box, or large bags are accommodated by various scale accessories including bag clamps or roller conveyor platforms. Speeds are minimally effected as the AMS A-110 utilizes the Bulk and Dribble process.
The A-200 twin auger provides higher filling rates for any line requiring two-up capabilities. The spindles can either be located side-by-side or front to back. Each spindle is individually controlled for maximum flexibility and accuracy. Even two different products can be filled simultaneously. Add an electronic scale and the A-200 becomes a compact and economical bulk and dribble filler.
Introducing the AMS Poly Fill line of high performance multiple auger filling machines. The A-300 features all Allen Bradley™ Servo Drives for 3 to 8 filling nozzles and more. With a state-of-the-art direct gear drive agitation system, the AMS A-300 can handle the toughest powder filling applications. As with all AMS filling machines, the A-300 features all Stainless steel product contact parts for easy clean up and changeover. Centerlines from as close as 3" to 10" can be accommodated. The A-300 is ideal for batching or multi line cup/bag filling applications.
The A-400E can fill virtually any rigid container at line speeds up to 120 cpm. Utilizing our tried and true heavy duty fill head, the A-400E can dispense powders, granules, creams and liquids. The stainless steel conveyor is equipped with adjustable guide rails and indexing cylinders to accommodate any container. The fill head height is also adjustable by way of the mechanical column jack assembly. Tool-less guide rails, for quick changeovers. Allen Bradley™ controls and interface are standard on the AMS A-400E.

The AMS F-800 provides consistent in-feed flow control of most products. When combined with our level control, head pressure in our volumetric filler is evenly maintained, delivering maximum accuracy. Delivered as a system, customers are assured of an integrated filler/feeder operation.
Both unscrambling and accumulating versions are available in order to fully automate a rigid container filling line. The A-900U unscrambling table orients and feeds glass, plastic, and metal containers into an automated packaging line at speeds up to 120 cpm. The unscrambling version with custom outriggers to align and stabilize difficult containers.
The A-900A accumulator version is ideally suited to accumulate filled containers prior to case packing.
Both versions feature state-of-the-art Teflon impregnated aluminum tabletops and variable speed drive controls for versatile line integration. Stainless Steel tops and base cabinets are available.
